You should be able to find them with no troubles. I can't think of any names off the top of my head, but they should have all bran cereals

Hello club members: I joined the team because I'm traveling to France next month. I'm posting this question to a couple of French teams in the hope of getting some information.

I will be in Paris for a few days, then I'm taking a barge trip on the Canal de Briare in the Upper Loire Valley. We are very excited.

My question is whether one can find high-fiber breakfast cereals in France. The barge owners have encouraged us to make any specific requests, and I know I will be happier if I start the day with a hit of fiber

Would it be too crude to ask for All-Bran Buds? Or unprocessed bran, or something similar? I know there will be all kinds of delicious pastries and such, but I'd really like to have some fiber, too.

Thanks in advance for your advice.

Nothing happens next. . . . This is it.
