Glad you like the idea (can't claim its mine, just modified to suit me).

Also, I keep a few extras, just in case I can fit more water in .... is that groans I hear???

its hard trying to count online because of the time diff....so the pebbles in a glass trick for me thank you

I'm sipping water as we speak!

1. Fill 2 x 1 litre (or 1 x 2 litre) bottles of tap water or filtered water in the morning and carry them around with you. Work through drinking those as early as possible, to get it out of the way! (This is for going out or to work days)

2. Or for staying home days = put 8 pebbles in a very small container (I use 5 cent pieces - it doesn't matter what you use) on the window sill in the kitchen. Every time I take a glass of tapwater I put one 5 cent piece into another tiny container. When the first container is empty - your done! Again, try and drink it up as early as possible (saves waking during the evening with the urge to 'go').

A squeeze of lemon juice can help give water some taste. Even a slice of lemon helps.

This is what I have the hardest time with. I don't know why. I was leaving some water bottles in my car but it's gotten so cold out that they froze.

I do drink alot of fluids, but not water. So do you have any tips on getting all your water? How many waters have you had so far?

I've only had 2 so far but I'm working on it.
