Deb, I have some PILATES videos for "mat" floor work outs and I am starting them, since they give good stretching and core strength. I don't want to hurt my ligaments and they help build them up. DANCERS do Pilates exercises. Check them out on YouTube.

Thanks Jibbie.
Now I'm in trouble though. I think I used too heavy (5 lb. weights). I expected my muscles to be sore, but once everything started settling down, my upper back was still KILLING me! I went to the chiropractor on Monday and since then have been a little better off and on and of course I rested from exercise. I've been on the heating pad after work and in the night, taking ibuprofen and muscle relaxers. I started back with a walk day before yesterday and today. I HOPE the pain's completely gone by the time I get up tomorrow morning.

I love Joyce Vedral as she is 65 and in great shape. She's only 5 feet tall, so she has to work hard to look good. She has a LOT of videos. This is just one.

Wow, I can't believe my name is on the list of fitness minutes for our team! Eventhough I'm #5, it motivates me to keep going. How I'm doing it is by splitting my exercises up during the day. I'll do an upper, core and lower body exercise - 2 sets - 3 X a day. It goes fast and keeps me moving when I'm at work.
