I try to keep it pretty light until dinner. It's tough when cooking for a family, and while I make things as healthy as possible, it's still the highest calorie meal hands down. If I lived lone, I'd make lunch my highest calorie meal.

I would have to say Dinner too. As much as I have reduced the portion size it still comes up being the higher amount of calories.

Dinner. I keep hoping one day I'll change my mentality and eat backwards from what I'm used to. Bigger breakfast, medium lunch, a snack, and a small dinner.

I'm an athlete! AND I'm healthy!!

So what meal of your day usually has the most calories? I know for me it is dinner. I do awesome at breakfast and lunch but by the time dinner rolls around it is not too bad, but not near as good as my first 2 meals. What meal is it for you?
