You surely have the right attitude and will make it far while focusing on healthy eating.

I don't know if I can lose 20 pounds by the end of 2010, but I can try to do so in a healthy way :) My goal is to at least get some exercise every day, and learn to enjoy healthier food. I love fruit, but I love Ben and Jerry's more.

Hi there all, I am new to this team, but not SP. Been a member for 2 years.

My goals for 2010:
Lose the last 40 lbs that I have to go. Keep that weight off by staying consistent with my workouts. Go on a long biking trek with my hubby and keep up with him.

Just being healthy, fit and a good role model for my son. Showing him how awesome it is to work for a goal and achieve it!!

I would like to not give up on my weight loss. Some of you may noticed I fell off the wagon and have not been on Spark for awhile. I became discouraged and just gave up. Well that added more than 20 lbs that I need to lose emoticon But I'm back and ready to make those fat cells cry emoticon

There are a lot of things I would like to accomplish in 2010 and I know if I set my mind to it I can.
1. Be consistent with exercising
2. Be consistent with eating right
3. Get organized!
If I get the organized one down the other two will be easier to do. I'm so bad about starting and then stopping exercise and eating right.

I would like to be a motivator too. Loose about 20 more pounds so I will be with in my BMI to be healthy. My doctor would like to see this. Eat more fruits and veggies. We have start these past couple months to almost have a salad everyday at dinner. Keep a cleaner house. Lots to do this year but I have 365 day in which to do it.

1. I have signed up for a 1/2 marathon so training well for it and finishing it are goals of mine this year.
2. Also, last year I completed 2 sprint tri's but didn't train as well as I would have liked so this year I will train better, and do better in both of those. In addition at the end of the Summer I would like to complete an Olympic distance Tri.
3. I would like to firm up and lose 20lbs that will make accomplishing my earlier goals easier (but also may be easier due to earlier goals).
4. For personal goals I would like to allow myself to be happier and more positive about myself!

Roshe~ I know what you mean by loosing inches and not fat. I am at my 1 year anniversary with Spark and only lost maybe a couple pounds but manages to get rid of about 9 inches of fat. So I would like to see the scale move this year too! We will you know if we stick to our plans.

This year I want to get back into exercising most days and have it be because I want to not as a chore. (weight loss will come naturally once I am more active again)

I also want to keep myself and my life (house,office) organized.

I came really close to seeing the 130's in 2009 and will like to actually make it in 2010. I don't know what I will look like because I've never been that size in my adult life. I know I can do it, but it will take lots of consistency and motivation.

Jenn already has a post on what were your accomplishments in 2009, but what would you like to attain in 2010? My goals are to become a Spark People motivator, Lose all my stomach fat (like to see a six pack instead of a one pack), and when I see my family members in June I want to see their mouths drop open because I am so fit.
