Great week everyone! I think my scale is stuck. It's shown 181.4 for about 6 days in a row. Not even the usual little fluctuations. It's all good. I've been working hard and eating right (for the most part- teehee). I'm proud of myself and that's all that really matters.

Good job guys! I gained over this week too D. I weighed in on Monday to get an end-of-month total and was down from 188.8 at the beginning of January to 180.8 - Great, 8 lbs gone. I'll see the 170s again in no time! Untill this morning - 182.6. You know that fog-horn sound when you lose on a gameshow? I heard it this morning. I know what went wrong. I didn't excersize much this week and yesterday I ate really well untill I got home from work - 9:45pm - everyone in bed, I pigged right out! I'm still on track for my goal of 10lbs for Valentines day, though. I just have to work to undo some damage.

Woah! ihavnt logged on in a while. The last time i weighed.. which was friday (12/17/10) ... i was 168 but not to sure because i feel i gain alittle again . haha but its fine! as long as i dont gain three pounds or over im ok. Plus i havnt been working out like i used to.. so i need to get on the ball!
