Like Cindyramie, I too stress myself out. The trick is identifying the stressors. I think this is a need in my life.

I don't even have a very stressful life, but I still have the knack for finding/creating stress in my life. I really need work on relaxing, meditating, and trying not to worry about everything. Stress is like diabetes; it can affect many things in your body. Perimenopause symptoms are just some more reasons to destress your life.
