Hi! Can't believe it has been 4 years since we joined! My new struggle is that I lost an astonishing amount of weight in the first two years, but I have gained most of it back in the past two years. I am now in the process of going through the loss again. It may be easier now because I have learned so much about myself. I struggle with getting enough exercise so I try to fit in little bits here and there now. I have an exercise bike at work now so I can stretch my legs a couple of times a day as I need to. I really should do it regularly. I also struggle with getting enough sleep, and I know that is crucial to losing weight and feeling better.

since we've been at this a while now, we're facing struggles similar to, but different than, new members...

we know what to eat, but do we consistently struggle with doing it?

we know what exercises to do, but do we do them? do we try new ones to shake things up?

I know I struggle with consistency...
