I watch my calories..I do not eat the suggested goal ever..I think you have a good point. emoticon

I'm just wondering - WHO all has their fitness tracker set up to factor in their daily fitness into their calorie range? AND.... WHY or WHY NOT? Do you feel like the way you have it set up works for you?

I really would like to get some opinions and other people's perspectives on this. I've been back at this now for going on 4 weeks, I am just a bit frustrated. I'm MORE active then I've been in a LONG time. The first week, I lost a whopping 7lbs! emoticon The next week... I gained, and then I lost again. I believe at this point, I have officially lost 12lbs. (Which YES, is WONDERFUL!) However, I'm working my butt off!! Granted, I am not doing your "traditional" exercises (most of the time). I do a LOT of farm work, and house cleaning and squeeze in some exercise here and there, where I can.

That being said... I go WAAAAY OVER on my fitness minutes each month & I was NOT factoring in my daily fitness into my calorie range. But after having gotten the little Red message at the bottom of my fitness tracker several days in a row - I decided to change my settings to figure in my fitness. Suddenly I went from a calorie range of like 1220 - 1550 to 2135 - 2485 most days and some days even higher! My weight loss seemed to have haulted as well... so I changed it back to NOT figuring in my fitness and my calorie range went back to 1220 - 1550... when I weighed next, I had lost 2.8lbs. So... NOW... I'm confused!!! Was it working... (as I do weigh daily - so I can keep myself accountable and for the 4 days I had the fitness figured in, I lost nothing (weighed 221.8 every day) Then for the 2 days I had changed it back... suddenly on day 2, I weighed 219). So... WHAT am I supposed to be doing???

I went ahead and changed it back this morning. We are now figuring in my fitness to my calorie range. My idea is to LEAVE it for this entire week and see what happens. Just want to know what everyone else is doing and how it's working for them.
