Maybe snack on some raw veggies while preparing dinner?

I make sure to have a high protein snack mid afternoon and I drink more water while I am cooking dinner. Overeating at night is something I tend to do also.

I seem to do really well throughout the day, and then for some reason, at dinner time, i eat too much. I end up feeling cruddy, not sleeping well, and not losing weight. I know it's a discipline thing, but i'm not finding my discipline! (lol!) so i'm looking for suggestions/advice from you guys! I know you've got something for me - so please! let's here it!
