No. I already have to eat gluten-free and dairy-free, which is really tough to do sometimes. Especially when anytime you're in a group setting, people serve sandwiches, fried chicken, or pizza. Meat is one of the only "normal" foods I have left, plus I enjoy eating eggs. So vegan is not an option for me - I'd be miserable. And since I'm not allergic to eggs or any meat, there's just no reason for me to purposely be miserable like that!

vegan is tough to do...have thought about what it would take to do that. As it is, DH and I don't eat a lot of meat....eat no beef, pork, etc. Chicken and fish every now and then...not really consciously trying...just our preference. But yogurt, cheese, eggs, etc. Those would be very challenging to try to do without.

I would strongly recommend you do your research first. We were taught to eat meat. It can be done and is easy, but people that don't know what they are doing tend to become malnourished.

No, I've never been interested enough to try it. I'd probably starve to death.

QUESTION: Have you ever...gone vegan?

No, I have not. I done meatless from time to time, but not as a lifestyle.

Yesterday was busy, but not so busy that I couldnt breathe. I am thankful for that. The beginning of the morning was rough since I was catching up on the emails from last week. With so much on the agenda for this week, Im definitely feeling a little overwhelmed, but I am feeling like I got some things accomplished. I have executed all the letters regarding Moms medical bills to let them know she passed and there is nothing to probate. I feel like Im just chipping away at all the things that need to be done for her estate, but just one thing at a time, right? I am really determined to get back on track and work the plan. I am feeling very scattered right now and its making it hard for me to feel like my meal planning is on or anything else. We still need to make our monthly Costco trip, so I am trying to make sure I have a comprehensive list for that. This shopping big once a month is a bit tricky, but Ill get used to it. Im a work in progress, right?

Take Care and God bless,

Tracey W.
