I try to stick to 200-300 or so calories for dinner, and get most of my intake during breakfast/midmorning snack/lunch/midafternoon snack.

That gives me more energy throughout the day, and I feel like Im better able to burn the calories during the day, so why not take in the most during that time, rather than the evening, when I have very little time before I go to bed.

I usually have around 400, sometimes a bitess, sometimes more. I have a lot of the frozen Weight Watcher dinners, which are amazing, and around 300.

I need to start trying to get my carbs down at dinner though

Whether you think you can, or think you can't... either way you are right.

I usually try to stay in the 300-400 range when making my dinner meal... i also buy the lean cuisines and they all range from 200-300 so that leaves me with a little extra room. what about you emoticon
