YBB I is a kick a$$ work out - STILL, even a year later. Love that one too.

I never thought of Netflix-ing exercise DVDs. That is brilliant!

I like Yoga Booty Ballet Hip Hop Abs. It is fast dance, repetition but NEVER boring, a really good mixture of motions. Light warm up. You can change the intensity of your motions, make them bigger, stronger - I sweat every time. The cardio portion is about 25 minutes, then there is 10-15 minutes of abs and total body toning (some push ups, etc).

Still my fave after almost a year.

hi everyone,
i was wondering if any of you have good suggestions for cardio videos. i am doing too much strength training videos (such as jillian's shred and no more trouble zones). i have turbo jam videos, tae bo, and jillian's cardio kickbox and banish fat boost metabolism. so anything besides those? ideally, i would like one that is about 40-50 minutes long, can be interval training or just continuous. emoticon
