Good morning Sunshine! It's more about you making the right decisions and helping you be aware of what you are eating, and what it means to your body. You can add things to the basic four which are calories, carbs, fat, protein; I also track fiber and cholesterol. It' really eye-opening when you see the numbers. You can adjust what you're eating, or better yet, look up the nutritional value before it goes into your mouth, haha. Good luck - plug away at the site, you can't see it all in one day!

Basically why the Sparks program is so good, is everything that it offers, it tries to show you to not be on a "diet" but a lifestyle change, this is for life to get you healthy.

Do you read members blogs? Do you go to the motivation sites and read those articles?

I do realize that when you work fulltime and have a toddler running around that is extremely time consuming, I'm just trying to throw some ideas out to you to help you....

let me know how I can help you, and I'll see what I can do.

I admit I still haven't been able to totally navigate the site...its so hard when you work (and TECHNICALLY aren't supposed to be on the internet) full time and then come home to a full time toddler. But is the Spark Diet really all that simple...use the nutrition and fitness trackers? I already look at portions and weigh everything (from years in WW). What makes the Spark Diet different than all the other programs- not the ones that you have to purchase their foods. I have to say that looking at the calories versus the 'points' is a real eye opener for me.
But am I missing something????? Is there like a plan somewhere that I haven't found? Or am I really showing my "blondeness" right now???? lol!!!!
