What I find works best for your caloric intake, vary it, some days low end, some high end, then some stay in middle. Make it flexible. Try not to go over, or under, they give you a good range.

You are going to have to work on your protein and fat, I know that you should eat your daily protein, it helps ward off hunger along with alot of other benefits. Fat, not sure if you are eating too much or not enough.

hope this helps.

Hi Everyone!
I joined spark a week ago and am still trying to navigate my way around. I'm confused when it comes to the nutrition tracker. I have my calorie range (which has been an eye opener!) and I'm not sure what to do with it...is it better to stay at the low end or in the middle? How about the fat and protein? I find myself on days not hitting the calorie low end and on other days going well over. I'm tyring to find the healthy balance but am having trouble. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get help?

Thanks!!
