don't doubt that - here is maybe a wierd question - could it be inherited? My mil and her sisters had exceeding large buns - even the thin ones?

I get on my gazelle for 30-45 min a day 5 days a week unless we go to the gym then I walk 17 laps and jog around 5....keep in mind that 17 laps on our track is a mile...I also do the other things I mentioned and I don't sit on that area all day either hahaha...

Sorry can't help you except to tell you I do a lot of walking at work and so far hip area is my least worrisome area! Mine is in my stomcah area so am doing crunches and side bends.

Ok I have been working out strongly since January. I have lost 6-7 inches in my stomach area but not an inch of my buns...I'm working them harder than ever and it hasn't grown any but not going anywhere either...Any suggestions?...I'm doing lunges, squats, back kicks both standing and on knees...That is just the buns ones not all of the ones I'm doing...I walk/jog/and get on my gazelle 5 days a week as well...Any ideas?
