maybe under aerobics? i know i had to do that with the walking tapes because u use arms and all..maybe someone else knows..sorry if i couldnt help!

In case you haven't seen my blog, I was asking for help in how to record the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. It is a combo of 20 minutes with intervals of 3 minute strength, 2 minute cardio and 1 minute abs. It isn't listed so do I have to break it down and do each thing separately? It doesn't seem like that would give the same effect. Can anyone help? Thanks
