Are you still going to be counting points? As far as I know the transition from WW to SP should go smoothly although you will need to consider nutritional information (calories, fat, etc) to log in the the nutritional tracker instead of coverting all that to points.
You could also continue to use the points system and use SP for the community and health information and to track your fitness goals...

Hi All,
I am fairly new to SP...signed up for it then took a while to get around navigating the site and such. Anyway...I wanted to know if anyone had advice on changing from a WW member (which I was before a surgery in June) to a SP member? I am a planner and have all of my dinners planned for my family through WW meals for an entire month at a time. This helps with not eating out for me. Will those recipes still work for SP? Thanks for taking the time to listen and offer advice.
