I am in last month of P90X and I hope I am not hurting my results. I do all the resistance videos from the program and work out on the elliptical machine 4 days a week. I go for exactly an hour every day I work out on the machine and my normal rate is 15 miles for that hour. Most people look at me like I am crazy for the speed I am at but I wonder if I am contributing to muscle loss due to the intensity of the cardio workout. Any suggestions?
