I love P90X. Been on it for 60 days and now just needing my abs to get beautiful. It is the only program for me now. I may try Insanity when I finish is 30 days.

I have several Walk away the pounds dvds and I love them all! I also have the orignal P90 series which I use quite often, Other than that my favorite go to is Slim in 6 which is what I started out doing when I joined sparkpeople, and saw great results! I have about 1000 exercise videos (okay maybe that is an exageration, but close! LOL)

TENACITY is the quality displayed by someone who just won't quit -- who keeps trying until they reach their goal. Anything really worth doing takes persistence, perseverance, and stubborn determination!

Work Out Videos-

I did p90x for a month, but it was hard for me to commit to that large amount of time every day and found myself just skipping it all together. I hope to spend some time on some less intense videos and work myself back into it. My favorites from the series were the Cardio X and the Kempo X, hated the Yoga (90 min is TOO long)

Right now I am switching between the Biggest Loser Yoga DVD and Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I really like the Yoga DVD and it is actually pretty challenging (LOTS of push ups). And, I really like the Jillian Michaels DVD, it is 20min and covers cardio, strength training, and abs work outs... it has some negative points though (like switching between exercises that increase your heart rate and the moving straight to exercises that have you laying on the floor).

Next up
I have Carmen Electras Strip tease video and Core Rhythms.

Turbo Jam is my favorite, but if you don't like perky I don't know if it's for you LOL. I've also heard gret things about Turbo Kick and Chalene Extreme, but have yet to try them. I also like TaeBo but Billy Blanks gets on my nerves a little lol, so I don't do it often.

I've really been enjoying Tae Bo Cardio. I've been using it for a couple of months now, and I'm still not bored of it.

Leslie Sansone videos are great. She has 1,2,3 mile walks, kick and walk, and several new ones.

We love P90x at our house. They are a little tough but well worth it. Excellent results if you stick with it. Plus they offer online help and support.

You'll never achieve your dreams if they don't become goals.

Happiness is not a matter of good fortune or worldly possessions. It's a mental attitude. It comes from appreciating what we have, instead of being miserable about what we don't have. It's so simple - yet so hard for the human mind to comprehend.

What are your favorite workout videos? Other than my old standby favorite, Sweatin' to the Oldies with Richard Simmons, I've been doing a lot of latin dance workouts. My current favorite is Dance Fit Cardio Salsa Sizzler. The instructor is easy to follow and it's intense but doesn't totally wear me out. I tried Dancing WIth the Stars Cardio Dance but I LOATHE that Ashly girl that used to be on the show. Too effing perky.

I also have Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease workout, but I feel a little silly doing it. It's a good workout, but ... yeah.

So. What videos do you like, and why? And which ones do you not like, and why?
