This is the way of weight loss. When I hit a plauteau that last for several days, I go on an eating spree. I eat more calories than normal and my body seems to accept this as a sign that I have not intention of starving it and it will let go of more lbs. Slowly is the best way in the long run

Keep on track

Keep going. I had a lot of trouble to . I had lost 3 lbs and then gained 2 but this week I am back down.

Hang in there. Remember that water retention makes it seem like we didn't lose any weight when we actually lost fat but gained some water. For me TOM can add an additional 5 pounds for a few days. But its only water and it goes away. Watch your sodium intake and drink drink drink water. Sometimes when we first start exercising our muscles grab onto some extra water and hold it for a bit. Try not to be discouraged. Just keep doing whats right and you'll get there. Hugs.

I've been there its frustrating. Its a long road and its hard to remember that when you done see the scale show you loss.

Don't get discouraged. Make sure you are logging in your foods (that is a must)as well as excercising every day, even if it's walking. I would track your sodium forsure. What are you eating for breakfast? That is most important because that is what kick starts your metabolism in the morning. You'd be surprised how much sodium is in diet coke, bloody Mary's etc. You might be retaining alot. :) I know that horrible feeling, however, when I don't drink soda's the bloatedness goes away. I am NOT a doctor or nutritionist, just sharing what has worked for me. :) hugs, Wanda

I feel your pain. It so hard to remember it's a long road. When you enjoy the things you do have and not miss the thing you don't have you don't hold on to the frustration weight as I call it.

Peace.

I am sure wondering how I can be so GOOD for 2 1/2 weeks and lose not an additional ounce. All weekend we were busy busy bsy & I took all my LEGAL food..yesterday took scallops, fresh vegies...ate only that not one cocktail, not one bite of my grandaughter's BIRTHDAY ICE CREAM CAKE!!! & was I rewarded with even a 6 oz loss......NO!!
Ok, my rant is done. I KNOW I am changing habits & doing what I should...it will come....RIGHT!!!!

READY SET GO!!!
