So basically all the shock cardio series you would recommend minus the MMA and Step?
Sounds good to me!!! Using Cathe did SOOOO much for me ( along with P90X) when I was loosing all my weight so I am hoping it will do the same now. I do not have much to loose, but I need to tone my core -- -BIG TIME! Hope this along with my half marathon training will do the trick!
Does anyone know what she is doing now that shock cardio and sts are done? Is she working on any new dvds? Just curious......
