Plb was probably pretty close to complete because it is a shorter workout. Did you have any abs in pub? If not, that is what was missing.

This week I did my first Cathe strength training tapes. I have done several of her step tapes.

I completed Upper Body Pyramid twice and lower Body Pyramid once this week. Next week I will do the reverse. I really liked it a lot and am pretty sore.

I forgot a while back we taped some of her show on Fit Tv (which my cable company doesn't have anymore) So it was not the complete tape. Not sure what was missing.

The Upper Body had a warm up with exercises as follows:
Flyes, chest press, pullovers, double bent row, seated lateral, side lateral and front raises, tricep kickbacks, seated overhead press, hammer and bicep curls.

Lower Body was no warm up then step ups, lunges, squats, plie squats, deadlifts, calves. Then some ball exercises.

Was I missing anything great compared to the DVDs. In the future looking to buy some of her newer stuff but right now will do this for several weeks and see what else I have that I taped.

Feels good!
Have a great night!
