I ordered her 30 minutes to fitness kickbox today. :) I watched the preview and she looks as good at Cathe at the kickbox.
Anyhow, I got it through collagevideo. I went to order through advancedworkouts.com but it was over $20 for shipping, so even though the dvd was three dollRS MORE AT COLLAGE, THE SHIPPING WAS ONLY $7.99. OOPS!~ CAPS ON!

I love Kelly Coffey-Meyer. That chick moves FAST. Ha! Her circuits and intervals are killer as well. I pre-ordered her three new DVDs after viewing the clips on Youtube. I like that she moves fast. She's funny too.

I KNOW wha you mean! We have become sooo spoiled! LOL!
I haven't done anything but Cathe dvds in a long while. I'm not sure which other workout I would even do if I couldn't do Cathe... maybe P90X Plyometrics... I also kinda like Gin Millers Simply Step, Classic moves. It's pretty basic stepping, but a good advanced workout.
I think I would like to try Kelly Coffey. And I actually didn't mind doing Jari Love Ripped 1000. Actually she was OK. I also like Kendall Hogan... Star Trainers. The workout wasn't long enough though...

I'm in a cardio funk right now and can't wait for Shock Cardio to come out. I always reach for Imax 2, Bodymax 2, KPC, Imax 3 and Drill Max. I love interval blasts...get's the blood pumping LOL.

At one point I liked Rhythmic Step but now I'm bored with it. I don't have patients for setting up a combo. I just want to get right to it LOL. It doesn't get my heart rate up without adding jumps.

It kind of stinks because once you start doing Cathe workouts nobody else compares so you are stuck waiting for her to come out with something new. All my other workout videos got kicked to the curb after I discovered Cathe.

I like the cardio pre-mixes on DrillMax and its a close tie between KickMax and Kick, Punch & Crunch.

No, I'm looking for THE one DVD. I'm interested in knowing what are your favorite Cathe workouts. Out of many, which ones do you reach for the most. That's all.

That totally depends on what I want.
My favorites would be Drill Max, Body Max 2 (but rarely the whole thing at once) IMAX 2, and Rhythmic Step. I like KPC for kickboxing.

Oh, and I find myself doing Low Max, Low Impact Circuit, Rhythmic Step, Cardio Fusion and the High and Low Impact cardios from 4 Day Split as my favorites (so far.)

I've backslidden... I reached my goal and was now maintaining, but now I need to lose 10 pounds and firm up.

Leaner Legs is a KILLER leg workout! I need to do this one frequently as it really targets the leg (as well as the glutes).

Yea, sorry about that.

I guess since Cathe does so many different types of workouts, and all of them are so good, there just isn't going to be 1 dvd I'm gonna turn to. Or if there is, it will change frequently.

So, what's your go to Cathe workout then?

I have 19 of Cathe's dvds - and when I count the ones with more than one workout on them, this works out to 28 workouts plus stretch max (which has 3 stretch workouts- I included this in my 19 dvds, but not in the 28 workouts). Plus STS

Like Shani I don't repeat many workouts in a month since I now have so many. And like, Shani, I still have a few I have not done yet. (I bought a bunch using my 20% discount and received them when I was doing STS...so I haven't gotten to all of the new ones yet - especially the Strengh training ones)

I usually plan out my workouts for the month - I try to mix them up, too. I usually have a theme for the month - and I vary it by the week.

I love step, but recently injured my knee so I am trying to mix up my cardio more, this has resulted in doing Kick, Punch, and Crunch a fair bit - maybe once a week? I don't have kick max. Yet. emoticon

I also do rhythmic step a fair bit. I LOVE this step workout. And Low Max.

For circuit workouts - I do Drill Max fairly frequently.

For lower body workouts - I turn to Butts & Guts mostly (though I have legs & glutes but I haven't done it yet)

For upper body - I turn to pyramid upper body. I also have gym style but haven't done it yet.

Total body - muscle endurance is the one I do most frequently.

Did that help at all or was it just too much info?

Hmmm good question. I just looked over the last 30 days and I've only repeated Step Works and one of the premixes from Kick Max this month. Everything else has been different. I think this is because I made an intentional effort to mix it up. And I still have quite a few workouts I've bought that I want to try for the first time.

Question popped into my head after I read that some of you have almost all or all of Cathe's DVDs. I have like ummmm 12 of 'em I think and I haven't done some of them in a while. I can't imagine having the whole collection (yes I can ha!) because it can get a bit overwhelming. I guess...I wouldn't know. LOL!

I wanna know!
