My Body Blast rotation is going well.
I am using heavier weights and doing only 10-12 reps during the time that Cathe is doing 16.

So far - So good. :o)

I don't want to live my life as an unhealthy person.
I will do whatever it takes to receive OPTIMAL HEALTH.
I can have anything I want --- I just don't want that.

Sounds like fun, but I don't have supersets or push-pull and I just erased the fittv version I've had on my DVR today. (Wish I would have seen this e-mail first.) I love them, I just thought -I have sooo many weight training workouts with STS that I never choose the ones where I have to fast forward through the commercials.

I am going to be doing a Body Blast Series rotation for the next 4 weeks...beginning on 05/24/09

If anyone is interested SparkMail me at SMILES4383 and I will send you my rotation calendar and workout cards.

I designed the workout cards similar to the STS workout cards by going to and recording her list of exercises for each of the Strength Training workouts to the Body Blast Series.

I don't use this username at home where my 'workout tools' are located....

5-wk Rotation Calendar
5-wk Workout Spread Sheet (to record your workouts)
Workout Cards for Push/Pull, Super Sets, and Legs/Glutes
No workout cards for the Cardio DVD's or the Timesaver DVD's...however, they are included in the rotation.
