My primary chafing issue is nipple chafing, especially on warm days. Today it was in the 70's but I had no issues. If I remember before I run, I apply some Vaseline, but having the basic chapstick will be most helpful, again if I remember to bring it. My lips do dry up so it would make sense just to have it anyway...

I purchased one of the small body glide applications and it didn't do very good for me. One thing I have noticed, I have 3 or 4 servings of MCT oil during the week, the oil is secreted through my pores while running and don't really experience any chaffing issues. My one time application of vaseline has always worked too.

As a Triathlete, this is always on our mind during all three phases of the journey! Body Glide is the best. I beg to differ with one of my fave RW editors. You can now find it at Walmart for the best price!
One good application in areas of concern will last the entire Tri. (I do like the idea of taking a chapstick on my run. Ya just never know! Thanks for sharing!
