I've read the book. It has interesting features. I like some of the ideas. I wish the doc was a little more scientific.

Much of it has to do with lowering processed carbs. The plan starts with three days of low carbs (50 grams suggested) and then in the following weeks adding two of the same low carb days in every week. He also suggested adding interval training into our cardio and into some of our resistance training.

I was able to get this book from the library and will take it out again he also has suggestions for foods that we guys should be eating.

Better to light one candle than to curse the darkness.

Have been reading a book from the library called Refuel: a 24 Day Eating Plan to Shed Fat, Boost Testosterone, and Pump Up Strength and Stamina. Defintiely a book aimed at us guys and explaining how our diets have reduced our testosterone and inceased estrogen production and led to weight increase and many other health problems. Easy read and easy to follow. I am going to try to 24 day eating plan which seems pretty straightforward.

Anyone else here reading the book or maybe finished?
