What are your strategies for the holidays? This year I finally figured out that it's not really the holidays that make me balloon up, it's what I eat before and after the holidays. I usually start pigging out from October through the end of the year because "I'm going to gain weight anyway" but this holiday season so far Thanksgiving Day was my only bad day, and otherwise I've been eating what I normally eat. It's worked very well so far.
