Last month, I finally found an exercise buddy. A guy down the street who wanted some motivation to get doing some exercise. I was feeling the same way. "Ok, I'll exercise tonight. But when tonight comes, Oh, I don't feel like it. Or something else seems more important."

With my exercise buddy, we have an appointment to work out three days a week. I'm expecting it. He's expecting it. And when one of us says "I want to skip today", well, I challenge back .... then I'll come to your place and you can watch ME exercise while you take a break". And he responds, OK. I'll do it too! Funny. But it's working.

We do interval training --- for now mostly walk/run, in 15-30 second intervals, on/off. Google Surge or Burst training. When it gets too cold to run outside, we'll switch to alternate activities indoors for the winter.

My challenge to you. Find (seek out) an exercise buddy. Keep looking. Keep asking. It's worth the effort.

Nothing tastes as good as being healthy feels!
