I usually have oatmeal after my runs, since it's early morning anyway. That, or two eggs. Plus, water water water. Chase it with an apple on my drive to work.

Depends what I fancy at the time. Typical:
- chia seeds in home-made soy yoghurt
- multi-grain crackers with yeast extract spread
- trail mix
- raw tempeh
- rolled oat pancake with maple syrup
etc.
