51 this coming May and I am thicker & stronger now than I was when I first posted this thread.

I have learned a few things since then:
Cardio is good for the heart (walking for)
Eating Healthy is good for weightloss (counting calories and macro nutrients: protein, fat & catbs)
Weight Training is good for lean muscle (which is a great fat burner)

USING SP TO HELP YOU KEEP TRACK OF WEIGHT LOSs, CALORIE INTAKE AND EXERCISE "IS" THE SHORTCUT!!!!!!
sTOP TRYING TO CONSUME A MAGIC WEIGHTLOSS PILL, OY!

I'm in the best damn shape of my life! For those of you who are 50+ pounds or more away from your goal know this; YOU-CAN-DO-IT!

Really. It's totally possible. I'm sorry to say that I have no secrets, no shortcuts, because quite frankly, there AREN'T any.

Counting calories and regular exercise IS the shortcut.
