No question, I mainly do gym classes: spin yoga, sculpt classes. I use the videos at home on days I can't get there. The instructor keeps you going and you burn a ton of calories.

Billy Blanks uses REAL people for his workout video's, not models. So you get to see men and women with different body types and age's, doing the workouts. I find the workout DVD's that use the body-perfect models more DE-motivating.

Thanks! Sounds why I'm looking for. I've done some of the turbo jam videos, but I've never done Tai-Bo, is that similar?

ANY of the Billy Blanks 'Tai-Bo!' DVD's. I have most of them and they are all low-impact HIGH Cardio workouts. I mix them in with my Horton 10-Minute workouts. Great sweat!

Ok, so I've basically come to the conclusion that those Beachbody Insanity dvds, while great cardio workouts, are just too hard on my knees: way too much jumping!

This thread can be for any workout dvd recommendations, but what I'm looking for in particular are some high calorie burning, but relatively low impact workout dvds.

Recommendations?
