Forgot to post on Sunday, I did do all the measurement however and I've been tracking all my stuff on another web-site and my Sparkpage so here it is:

1. 185.4 (lbs)
2. 34.5 (in)
3. 42 (in)
7. 17.21 (longest)
8. 28.03 (longest)
9. 12.60 miles (longest - please no meters)
11. 9 of 15 (days during the week stayed within personal range)

I might join the other events as well, I just don't have those now and don't feel like doing them at this time.

My First Update!

1. 169 lbs
2. 35 in
3. 42 in
4. 30 pushups
5. 70 crunches
6. 9 min
7. 4.3 miles
8. 13.5 miles
11. 4/7 (two days were actually below my lower limit)

The values were done through the week, the measurements were done on Sunday. I kept track of them. But updates can be as you do them as well.. I'll check periodically and update my spreadsheet as they come!

I'll do it, but you're missing the miles swam, I'm a tri guy and all I see on there is miles ran and miles biked, what's up with that?
AH, I stand corrected. LOL I appreciate it

I'll post on Sunday's with each week's totals including my current weigh-in.

Here's the scoop. This will be a Topic that can be posted to Daily, Weekly, or even Monthly. It's up to the person. It will be a place for encouragement, overall commentary, BUT MOSTLY for check-ins. Here is what will be done. I'll keep a spreadsheet done weekly that will track usernames to check-ins. Percentages from base check-in will determine the 'Gold', 'Silver', 'Bronze' in each tracked measurement.

Here are the 'Events' what we will track (just track those you want):
1. Weight (lbs)
2. Waist Size (in)
3. Chest Size (in)
4. Push-ups (in 1 minute)
5. Crunches (in 1 minute)
6. 1 Mile Time (best)
7. Miles Ran (longest)
8. Miles Biked (longest)
9. Miles/Yards Swam (longest - please no meters)
10. Bench Press (highest weight with 5 reps)
11. Nutrition (days during the week stayed within personal range)

Rules: Be honest with all tacked values and use current measurements. You can check-in any value whenever you want, just know your first check-in of that value is what will be your base for that 'event'.

Note: If you have suggestions or ideas feel free to let me know as well!
