If you're into running, a very good podcast is "Phedippidations". I must admit I haven't listened in a while, but I haven't run in a while either. Perhaps that explains the extra weight I'm carrying around.

The host, Steve "Runner" Walker discusses a new topic about running every week, and usually has a lot of fun doing it. Since he's a professional in the radio industry, the quality is top shelf.

I haven't listened to podcasts for fitness, but I do enjoy the distraction of music/podcasts while exercising. There are some podcasts that make me laugh as I am running. Then there are the news podcasts that go well with a morning run--informing and helps elt me know what's happening aorund the world.

The Korean Cooking one, I guess, could count towards nutrition!

I recently started listening to a podcast called the Biggest Loser Fan podcast. It is available on iTunes or http://biggestloserpodcast.com/ . I find it helpful to listen to podcasts to keep my focus on fitness but I am wondering if any of you have suggestions for other podcasts that are insightful and help keep the focus on fitness and health. Let me know.
