4 Noble Truths

1. Suffering is a part of life
2. Suffering is caused by our attachments and avoidances.
3. Suffering can be ended.
4. Freedom from suffering is possible by following the Eightfold path.

Bigotry disguised as morality is still bigotry just as an outhouse with
marble columns is still an outhouse.

These are some awesome goals! Mine are:
Continue working out 6 days a week
Take up yoga to increase flexibility
Continue healthy eating habits

I'm preparing for our first daughter to get here in March, so I should be healthy and energetic for her arrival.

Every December, as I get ready for January, I usually make some resolutions and goals for the New Year. Last year, I finally completed my Master's degree and then got the job I had been wanting. Fitness goals were down my list. This year I realize I have to make health and fitness a priority. I still have to get more specific on my goals

So, just wondering, what are your resolutions or goals for 2010?
