I think this is something that could be fun. We should create a forum for this type of competition. Maybe set it at a weekly or even daily checkin, with blocks done monthly. We can start with March since we are in the beginning days of it.

I will start a thread to the effects of this. I got some ideas. Check out the Topic "2010 Olympic Men's Challenge"

challanges can be a healthy way to keep fitness from becoming boring. not everyone has the same goals though. but thiers nothing wrong with that.

come up with your own challange and post it on the fourm. you may be surprized how many share you desire to stay motivated.

No worries NItro... i had just noticed there are monthly challenges or monthly goals on the team boards. My question basically is, "are there team challenges or goals that are year long?"

Would other people be interested in a year long team goal or a team challenge?

I feel like the oddball here. I'm trying to get bigger right now. my workouts are short (but effective)4 days a week.

I'm not sure what I could offer to you for a challenge, besides staying dedicated. Challenge yourselves to stay focused on your heath and nutrition.

I have only been on Spark for a few months but wondering, are there ever any yearly challenges?

Who can lose the most in one year, who can walk the furthest, do the most work outs consecutively.

I don't know about you guys but I have always been someone who likes to compete and would be up to a 2010 Olympic year challenge.
