Hi all! Sorry I've been MIA all week. I started back to work in a new position and my husband has been out of town for work, both of which led to more stress and less available Spark Time! But I'm here to answer the questions . . . quickly!

1. I found SparkPeople through Facebook. I noticed a post on a friend's page from someone else recommending a recipe. I started exploring and was blown away with all the available, free, resources!

2. My ID is boring. First and middle initial, last name, and daughter's bday (Feb. 22)

3. I would like to lose 90-100 pounds and fit back into clothes I've had hanging in my closet for 6 years - if they are still in style of course!

4. I was lucky enough to not really have a breaking moment. I'll admit, the weight did really sneak up on me, but I've stayed relatively active and healthy. My biggest issue came with not feeling good about myself going to work everyday because nothing I had fit anymore, and I hated all my clothes!

5. My favorite activity BY FAR is Zumba! It is so much fun and such a great workout. Everytime my instructor starts cool down, I'm shocked that class is already over! I also love to hike.

6. The teams and especially the challenges have been what has really helped me stay on track so far. I'm not very self motivated, so I need this community and these other people to help me out.

7. The thing that most gets me to exercise is doing something I enjoy. It's not hard to motivate myself to go to Zumba or out for a hike. I've been working on C25K though, and that's a bit harder. For that one, I've signed up for an actual 5K race in October, so having that deadline also helps get me out the door on days I don't feel like running!

8. Once again, I didn't really have a major event, but it was more the general feeling of being unhappy with myself as I headed out the door to work every morning. Not cool.

9. My favorite foods are pizza and Mexican! My go to meals - for lunch I like a half chicken breast (marinated, buffalo style, or seasoned somehow) warmed up over a salad. For breakfast, I'm grab and go, so I usually do Kashi GoLean Crunch mixed with a flavored yogurt. It really holds me over and is yummy.
