emoticon Hey team, our 1st challenge ends on Sept. 3rd, so we are coming down to the wire now and have only 4 more days to go!!!!

If you agree I would like for us all to post what we accomplished in this challenge, be it weight loss, mastering HR zone techniques etc... and to outline new goals for challenge #2...

I would also like to know who will participate in the next challenge and give me your thoughts on if we should take a a little time off and resume on Sunday Sept. 15? What do you think...

We have a great team, and we have been so consistent with our goals, training and posting... it has both inspired and motivated me beyond words and I have accomplished so much... I want to thank all of you for being such good sports and joining in this challenge making this team a force to reckoned with... You guys are emoticon

~ August 26... upper body workout: Cathe premixes ... Gym Style: Biceps, Back & Shoulders and Triceps and Chest.

Weights used:
***********
Biceps: 7lb dumbbells & 13lb barbell
Triceps: Dips, 8lb body bar, 7lb dumbbell f/extensions and kickbacks
Chest: flyes, press: 5lbs
Back: Lat row: 8lbs
Shoulders: military press: 6lbs

Cardio after strength training: Turbo Fire ... 15 minute HIIT workout
... short workout... 3, 30 second high intensity intervals... consisting of high impact moves that I modified, but I was able to still get my HR up into the "RED" anaerobic zone!... I am so glad that I bought this program...

Here are my stats:

Though I did convince my step-kids to walk outside with me! They're usually the kind of kids that would rather sit and watch tv or play video games, but they were more than eager! I was very proud of them! We made it a game: how many times can we walk around the block in one hour. They made it around 4 times (the block is a 1/2 mile around) in 42 minutes.
