I know how you feel as a CSM I have to listen to every customers complaints even if they dont have to deal with the front end. You are out of this, this person was very rude, when will the person be here to help me out with my stuff, when are you going to open more registers, you name it I have gotten a complaint on it. It is only the beginning of this christmas season and I have a feeling it is going to be a long one.
We have had a few snow storms here, nothing to bad yet but the snow season is just getting started.

But even the customers on the floor are getting ruder. "Why don't you have this yet?" "why can't I put that on layaway?" "What do you mean you don't do home deliveries?" And other silly questions.
What I hate are the customers who need something heavy carried out and come to me for help, so I can find a guy to carry it out. Sorry to inform them, but our store standards team is weak and old, and I'm stronger than about 90% of them. Don't tell me I can't help you because I'm female. That just gets the hairs on the back of my neck standing up.
At least we haven't had any real snow yet. A few snowfalls but nothing permanent yet.

Home is where the military sends us.

I'm not a cashier, but I haven't heard our cashiers complaining too much yet. But I'm sure it's on the way...it always comes, sooner or later...

Well the countdown to the holiday season has begun lol.

the other day we were shorthanded (as ususal) up at the desk and so we had a manager help out when I went on lunch break (the gym goddess - she is cool).

As I was coming back down stairs from the breakroom I headded toward the cafe to refill my water, and I glanced up. What a pile up of people!

Evidently several members had gotten in a verbal shoutng match and it had gotten ugly. the gym goddess came over to help get the lines down and she was shocked by how much verbal garbage we had been putting up with.

Have you all been noticng this at your stores? Maybe it was just a change in the moon or something, but wow! People are real cranky here.
