That's what I like about working in receiving. A great FREE workout. So if I skip my workout one day cuz I'm too tired to move, at least I know I probably did burn some calories anyway that day.
That being said, I have to stop using that as an excuse to NOT do my cardio. It's too easy to fall into that rut.

That is for sure... I look at the kids that they put on the flat bed lanes and they are so fit.

Isn't Walmart great? You can get a good workout and don't even have to pay for it. emoticon

This has been a long struggle, where I did real well the first couple of years and then slowly ended up gaining most of the weight back.

Maybe I'm weird, but I like the stiff feeling you get after a really good workout. Like yesterday, I was pulling skids from receiving through the store, through the garden centre and to a container outside for about 2 hours. (Our inventory is $2 miliion over what we can hold). Last night i was feeling stiff and creaky, but that's cuz I know I worked hard.
It also helps remind me during the day about my efforts and not to screw them up.

I am feeling that I overdid at the gym today. I did treadmill for 45 minutes and then this ab cruncher machine for about the equivalent of 75 sit ups, and then 25 on each side. LOL I can already feel it in my upper abdomen. emoticon
