I can sure relate!
I found it realy helps to preplan supper....
days off cook enough fr ore than one meal....
Eveb though it has been bitter cold, after a meal, or while it cooks, got to walk the dog..... starting with a medical center related gym, prob tomorrow, found through my husband's insurance co...
don't forget Wall World at least gets us discount at some gyms.... tonight I hurt after 7 hours of binning in the backroom...

I don't know about you all, but I find it hard to stick with the plan when I come home all worn out and hurting. I don't want to exercise, neither do I want to stand in front of the stove and cook a healthy meal. Having an unhealthy snack followed by a piece of fruit doesn't do it for me. I need major help!!!!

This has been a long struggle, where I did real well the first couple of years and then slowly ended up gaining most of the weight back.
