Welcome to the first Wal-Mart team challenge!

This second challenge will run from Sunday, June 1 through Saturday, June 7. We are adding a new goal this week.

Our goal this week is to meet our daily requirements of "a minimum of 8 cups of water" and complete at least 2 sets (12 - 15 reps/24 - 30) crunches each day. **Crunches can be any SP variation.**

Each day will be worth 2 points. (1 for water + 1 for crunches.)
