Just did the day 2 video. This is a great exercise plan ESPECIALLY for people that are just starting out or maybe might feel intimidated by some other programs. I put my little 3 pound dumbells on my desk and while I was waiting for my computer to synch up with the corporate office, got up and did the workout. It was a good use of my time, normally I would just be on facebook or something. HA!

Great idea! I was looking at this over the weekend too. I know I'm doing P90X (modified) and marathon training, but I thought, wow! 10 minute workouts? These are perfect for when I get tired of sitting at my desk and need a little break. I can just click on the video from my work computer and spend 10 minutes doing the videos. The cardio part will be covered under my other workouts. I'm game!

I know we all are probably thinking "It's the New Year and I need to get back on track". Spark has a great program to help you do that. Join the 28-Day Bootcamp Team (don't let the name scare you) with me. It requires you to do a 10 min video each day and add five 10 min cardio days as well.
