Well said Rhonda! It is hard to be on top of the game all the time. I really have had to force myself to keep running and try to stay focused. The only way that I am keeping up now is knowing that I have a goal in March and if I don't train, it will be an epic fail. LOL!
I would love to hear from more of the Shen Valley folks! I think support comes from sharing successes and failures and I love how Spark gives us the opportunity to do that.
We got this!!

Griz - we all have good days and not so good days. This team is no different. I think the key is to remember we are not alone in this lifestyle change. That is what makes SP so great. No matter what you are feeling - happy, sad, anger, thrill, etc - someone can relate and someone will "listen". So, get back up in the saddle it's time to ride again. This journey isn't over.

I want to say how proud I am of each of you for continuing this journey that we all have taken on. It is very difficult at times and quitting seems so much easier. However, you have not given up on yourself and have continued to push forward to reach your goals. I have to admit although I reached a few goals this year, I let myself slip back into old habits late in the year. However, Spark is where I continue to find myself. The community here is great and I want to try to get our team more involved with the discussions. Hopefully everyone can stop in and share their successes instead of have a team that posts every once in a while. So I will make an effort to login more often and try and stir the interaction here to keep this team alive.

I hope everyone had a great Christmas and are looking forward to a new year!
