I need to actually return to my healthy habits. I've disregarded everything that I've accomplished in the past year in 3 months. I think the key during the holidays is to enjoy little treats but always in moderation. Enjoy a treat but don't overindulge.

I will continue with my weekly workout schedules to keep me on track. Having it in writing where I can see it makes me do it. I begin 1/2 marathon training the 1st week of Jan. so will mix it all up in Dec. and have fun. Also going to attempt to adjust to outdoor running in the COLD. emoticon

So the holidays are upon us and so are all the parties and the food and libations that go with it. What do you plan on doing to stay on task? My goal this month is to finally beat the weight loss plateau that I've been on for a a couple months. I figure if I can really focus on calorie intake in December of all months, then maybe I can get a jump start on 2011. I'm also marathon training so that should help. Would love to hear what the rest of you all are doing!
