Ooohhh the Sprint Triathlons. I have to admit I've got my eye on something like that after my 1/2 marathon this year. I'm not the best swimmer so I'd have to work on that aspect.

I have always wanted to do something most people would think is crazy for me to even try, so I signed up for a short distance triathlon at the end of the summer and I am training for it now. Good luck with the running. I despise it, but I know it's good for me, and essential part of my upcoming race, so I'm on board with the plan and I'm giving it my best!!!

I used to run all the time when I was younger. I did cross country(not well but I did it)I didnt mind running round the track in school.
I think right now Im aiming to work myself up to doing 10k steps/day. At the moment Im working on 5k/day and will work my way up the ladder.

I'm glad to hear you are giving running a shot. I still haven't gotten that "runner's high" that so many talk about but I do enjoy the endurance it has given me. The sense of accomplishment after an organized race helps too.

So someone really got me thinking.

I really have been wanting to run. Something I have never done but has always been in the back of my mind. I would love it. I am going to attempt this slowly and run with it. See what I can do.

How about you? Do you have something you have always wanted to do but thought you couldn't do it?
