I will be sticking to my calories, as we don't have anything special planned. Lots of cleaning to do today and I'll be squeezing a workout at the gym in sometime between 12 and 6! (Thanks Valley Health for being open!!!)

I haven't been very strict the past month so I'm going to enjoy all the foods my family have prepared. This is going to have to be the last one for a while. I will be starting my Half Marathon training tomorrow so I'll have to buckle down.

What are everyone's plans for the big day. Are you taking an "off" day and enjoying different foods? Or are you making modified recipes to enjoy the day and still eat right?
