There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

You Can Achieve ANYTHING with the right attitude!
It's not enough to want something... you also have to believe that it is possible to get it and you must have the willpower to keep pursuing the thing that you desire!

Your new lifestyle depends on the right frame of mind and the constant desire to obtain it!
The only thing that stands between you and what you want from life, is simply the will to pursue it and the faith to believe that it is possible.

Picture this... you have weight to lose... How you perceive that weight and the willingness to follow through on your goals and dreams directly affects the outcome. Do you act on what you dream or do you dream away hoping that the weight will magically "Fall Off" someday?

The winning combination seems to be:
1) see how you want yourself
2) visualize what steps to take to get there (this we call the plan)
3) act on the plan following the proper sequence of steps (The follow through)
4) The willingness to keep following through no matter what happens (Willpower)
5) The completion of you goal being the weight loss!
You can have anything on earth that you can dream of once you mentally accept the fact that you can have it, you're willing to work for it and you commit yourself to the eventual realization of that dream or goal!

If you want to be successful, you have to begin to feel and act like you're successful!. The feeling of being successful makes your self esteem rise to great heights and improves your outlook on life!

If you surround yourself with positive people you will find it easier to keep your dreams and goals in check, You will find yourself accountable for everything that you do, everything that you eat, and the positive attitude that you want people to see!

If you feel within yourself that you're making positive steps forward you will move forward but if you have any doubts because of negativity you will end up faltering and slipping back into the "Old Ways"'

Your new life style depends on 2 things... Being convinced that you can do the things that you set out to do and always following through on the goals that you set before yourself. I know everyone can do this. It does take work but it definitely achievable

Only your mind sets your limits.

If you believe that you can... You will do it!
If you believe that you can't... You will fail!

Two choices... Two results! The choice is always yours and only you can make the choice of being positive or negative!

Remember... you can do it if you believe in yourself and what you can accomplish or you can talk yourself out of anything by having self doubt!

I believe in myself and what I can achieve and I believe in you and in your goals and what you can achieve!

Your choice makes your future happen!

Make it a positive choice for the best results and if you falter, make another choice to correct your mistake and learn from it!.

The future looks great for those who believe that they CAN!

Be a believer and set your goals high!
