Progress: well the bad news is, my mother of the bride dress is too big... but the good news is I found a very nice back up one on consignment.

I am well into onederland now. Love it. Started teaching aquafit again today after a summer off. Did 10,000 steps yesterday walking dogs in Perth area over the weekend. We are so lucky to have great parks and trails!

Progress: I am losing weight! My fasting blood sugars are 5.0 so "normal", not diabetic. Fasting is easy and I like it. I found a Dr. Fung spark team and Facebook support page for his fasting protocols. I feel great. We will see if I can get to onederland and see what my blood pressure is tomorrow now I am off all medications! My only exercise right now is gardening as I have plantar fasciitis.

Food: I am trying intermittent fasting and an extended fast based on the Obesity Code. I tend towards low carb and high fat. This is all new and an "experiment". I can't judge it until I've tried it. But I have tried and cooked for many people doing many things, so if you ever want to discuss recipes or have someone to be accountable to, let me know!

Exercise: My first choices are kayaking, aquafit, gardening and walking, having fun! I'll try pretty much anything if you contact me and want to exericise together.

Challenges: Diabetes. I'm a spark people motivator and have a success story if you want to read it, but I am not at goal and I suspect there is "more" happening in research. I want to be part of making obesity a thing of the past for everyone.
