I did the same and my plan is to start again tomorrow morning and then have my 2nd day on Sunday. Wish me luck! Sometimes just working up to it is harder than just doing it!

Hi, folks! I took a little break from my strength training. I don't even remember why! All I can say is now that I'm back at it I feel soooo much better. Note to self...,keep going!
